Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Program Overview

Houses by Neda values your trust and referrals. When you refer a friend, family member, or colleague who successfully purchases a home with Neda Dameshghi, you will receive a $500 gift card as our thank you for your support.

Eligibility Requirements

• •The referred buyer must be a new client who has not previously worked with Houses by Neda or Neda Dameshghi
• •The referral must be submitted before the referred buyer signs a buyer representation agreement
• •The referred buyer must successfully close on a residential property in Frisco, TX or surrounding areas (including North Dallas)
• •Neda Dameshghi must serve as the buyer's agent for the transaction
• •The referrer must be 18 years of age or older

How It Works

1. 1.Share the quiz: Use the social share buttons to send the Frisco Neighborhood Quiz to friends or family who are looking to buy a home
2. 2.They contact Neda: Your referral completes the quiz and books a consultation with Neda Dameshghi
3. 3.Neda helps them buy: Neda works with your referral to find and purchase their perfect home in Frisco
4. 4.Closing happens: Your referral successfully closes on their home purchase
5. 5.You get rewarded: Within 30 days of closing, you receive your $500 gift card via email or mail

Gift Card Details

• •Gift cards will be issued as Visa gift cards or Amazon gift cards (recipient's choice)
• •Gift cards will be delivered within 30 days after the referred buyer's transaction closes
• •There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make or gift cards you can earn
• •Gift cards are non-transferable and have no cash value

Important Notes

• •Referrals must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] or through direct communication with Neda
• •If multiple people refer the same buyer, only the first documented referral will receive the reward
• •Real estate licensees may not participate in this program for transactions where they are involved professionally
• •Houses by Neda reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time
• •This program is void where prohibited by law

Tax Information

Gift card rewards may be considered taxable income. Recipients may receive a 1099 form if total rewards exceed $600 in a calendar year. Please consult with your tax advisor regarding any tax implications.
